Yes, Switch the "DANCING WATER" button to OFF.

To turn off the "LIGHT EFFECTS" press and hold the "LIGHT SHOW" button until the light turns off.

To turn the "LIGHT EFFECTS" back on simply press the LIGHT SHOW button again.
