GV102ZRH32 / 50 / 10 : Unable To Pause Or Rewind

If you are unable to Pause or Rewind live TV on your unit you should perform a First Time Installation. 

Press MENU and select SETTINGS. Use the  button to switch to the SYSTEM tab and press OK. Use the DOWN arrow to select FIRST TIME INSTALLATION and follow the on screen instructions. This will clear any operational errors and hopefully fix the issue.

NOTE: A First Time Installation will not delete any recorded programmes but it will delete any scheduled recordings. Make a note of any future recordings before doing the Factory Reset

 

If the First Time Installation does not resolve the issue, Format The Hard Drive. 

Press MENU and select SETTINGS. Use the  button to switch to the RECORDING tab and press OK. Use the DOWN arrow to select FORMAT HARD DISK DRIVE and follow the on screen instructions. This will clear any disc errors and hopefully fix the issue.

NOTE: Formatting the hard drive WILL erase ALL scheduled and saved recordings.
