FREEVIEW : Missing programme information

If you are missing event information you may need to perform a 'Factory Reset' or 'First time installation'. 

To do this press the Menu button on your remote control, navigate to 'Settings' and press OK.

You should then see an option for 'First time installation' or 'Factory reset'.  Select the available option and follow the on screen instructions.
