Make sure BASE is in Bluetooth pairing mode. The LED will flash blue.
On your smart device, enable Bluetooth and select BASE from the list
If your smart device is equipped with NFC, simply tap to PAIR.
Try connecting with a different Bluetooth device.
Move your Bluetooth device closer (within 33 ft/10m) to BASE and retry the pairing procedure.
Check Base is not paired with other devices. Try un-pairing other devices then try the pairing procedure again (BASE can only pair with one device at a time)
