FREESAT DTR : My box will not record future programmes. What can I do?

If your Freesat Digital TV Recorder is failing to record scheduled programmes you may need to perform a First Time Installation on the unit.

1. Press the Menu button on the remote and navigate to Settings and select OK. 
2. Use the buttons to scroll along to the Other tab.
3. Navigate to First Time Installation and select OK.

The on screen instructions will guide you through the process. Remember to make a note of your PIN.

Please note: Performing the First Time Installation will delete any scheduled recordings.
