How do I return a product?

If you have purchased a product from the Goodmans shop directly, contact us using the Message button below to arrange the best way to either resolve the issue, replace the item or request a refund.

A Return Authorisation number is required before you send your return back, speak to one of our team to get this.


If you have purchased your Goodmans product from an external retailer you will need to contact them and follow their returns procedure.

Remember: Always keep your receipt as this is vital to your returns process.
