FREESAT : Why do I not have a picture on my screen?

Ensure your TV and any connected equipment is on.

Please make sure that the SCART/HDMI lead is connected securely. 

Please also make sure that your TV is on the correct SOURCE or INPUT setting. This can be done via your TV remote control by pressing the Input/Source button and selecting the correct setting such as EXT1 or HDMI.
