SOUNDBAR : Connected via LINE IN but can only hear a buzzing sound

You will need to check the connections to make sure that the connections have not become loose or become damaged. 

Please also check that you have changed the source to LINE IN on the soundbar or remote control. 

When using the TV's Headphone output, please ensure that the volume is turned up on the TV as well as the soundbar. You may need to consult TV's User manual to enable the headphone feature.
