I have purchased a Goodmans product from Amazon and it has developed a fault. What do I do?

Log in to your Amazon account. From your Account Homepage, select Return or Replace Items and follow Amazons automated returns procedure.

All new products have a 12 month (3 month for refurbished) warranty that will be dealt with by Amazon or their appointed reseller.
