If you are unable to Pause or Rewind live TV on your unit you should perform a First Time Installation:
- Press the Menu button on the remote and navigate to Settings and select OK.
- Use the
buttons to scroll along to the Other tab.
- Navigate to First Time Installation and select OK.
The on screen instructions will guide you through the process. Remember to make a note of your PIN.
Please note: Performing the First Time Installation will delete any scheduled recordings.
If a First Time Installation does not resolve the issue you will need to Format The Hard Drive:
- Press the Menu button on the remote and navigate to Settings and select OK.
- Use the
buttons to scroll along to the FREESAT+ tab.
- Navigate to Format Hard Disk Drive and select OK.
The on screen instructions will guide you through the process. Remember to make a note of your PIN.
Please note: Performing Hard Disk Drive Format will delete any scheduled and stored programmes.
